Anyone diagnosed with an irritable uterus?

I was a few days ago after I was hooked up to a fetal monitor and they discovered I was having very very small contractions - not enough to change my cervix in any way. It just makes me nervous! I’m on pelvic rest. I just wanted to know if anyone had experience with this? Thanks!

      The uterus eventually try to stay off of your feet as much as possible and drink lots of water absolutely no sex either.

      My babies delivered between 3842 weeks without problem.
      An irritable uterus and had braxtonhicks from my babies delivered between 3842 weeks without problem.
