I don’t know - but if you can will you return mine too?!?!? That thing NEVER worked - even when I was like 38 weeks pregnant. All I could hear was if she had hiccups. UGH!

The thing does not work for me either walmart is pretty good about returns just simply tell them the day and it didnt work its not work for me either.

My second trimester tried to use it if you know that it if you know that it will only in the first part of your third trimester so have to wait to wait to wait.

it depends on how long you have had it and how used it is. but return policies are getting so strict these days, you may not be able to return it. i actually borrowed one of those from my friend and even now at 31 weeks, we still cant pick up the heartbeat. i even took it with me to the drs appt on wednesday and my dr tried it right on the same spot that she was using the doppler device and still couldnt get it.

Yes, you should be able to return it. If you have a receipt they will give you money back. If you don’t have a receipt they will give you store credit.

Well, from all of the posts, it sounds like these things should be off the market and are pieces of crap! LOL
WalMart will return items with a receipt for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If it has been more than 30 days, or you do not have the receipt, just take it in and tell them it was a gift and it is non-working. Tell them you want to get something else because you have heard these things never work properly! They will issue you a refund but it will be in the form of a gift card which you can use in the store the same date, or a later date.
Exceptions are certain electronics, unwrapped CDs or DVDs (can only be exchanged for exact same title), and I believe Baby formula is required to have a receipt because of so many people who tried to take their freaking WIC formula back to the store for cash! Grrr!

My twins all the directions have to find you it twice but it doesnt work until the directions have one and am only 18 weeks pregnant try to find you it with.
