Renting a fetal heart monitor?

Where can I rent a fetal heart monitor???
And how much does that usually cost???
If you have any experience with this please add as much info as you can. Thanks.
I just found this one on ebay… What do you think??? Do they work??? Is that a reasonable price???

Fetal heart monitor, which one is the best to rent?
