I will be graduating in May from Nursing School in Massachusetts and will be taking the NCLEX licensure exam shortly after, but I need to start applying to jobs soon. I have been working on a labor and delivery floor and would like to get certifiied in FHR monitoring, but I cant find any programs that do not require licensure first. Does anybody know of any certification courses that are legit that I could look into?

After reading some things, I’m wondering if this is safe to use each day. Most of the literature out there says it is, but then people on here say it’s like a helicopter hoovering over the baby. Anyone know the truth about this? Thanks!
