Did anyone have in their birth plan that they did not want an electronic fetal monitor?

Did the doctor honor your request?
I had four births without an electronic monitor, but it was difficult to find a place that would allow it.
Statistics show that the electronic monitor does not lower the infant mortality rate, but it triples the c-sec rate. That was why I did not want one.

For our right they do amazing things if you dont want one thats your right just to increase the csection rate its already high enough as birth is millions of women are illnesses if you for no reason and childbirth are illnesses if you dont want.
