Yup it’s called a non-stress test, and it’s the same as a baby monitor, you just lay there for 20 mins and they’ll give you a button to push everytime the baby kicks.
The last months with my last baby it is just monitor not bad at all.

The 20 minutesthey put two monitors on your stomacone checks for contractionsthey make him or her move lil morewhat they are expecting is back to.
