Fetal doppler monitor rental safety?

Posted by admin
Casey asked:

I had a miscarriage in June and am now pregnant and 13 weeks pregnant. I recently rented a digital fetal monitor and love it because I can hear my baby’s heart beat and get the rate each day. After reading some things, I’m wondering if this is safe to use each day. Most of the literature out there says it is, but then people on here say it’s like a helicopter hoovering over the baby. Anyone know the truth about this? Thanks!
