fetal monitoring–spikes in heart rate?

when i was in L&D yesterday and hooked up to the fetal monitor i noticed the heart rate jumping up from a baseline of about 150 up to about 180 and at one point even noticed it jump up to 200; i never even saw the doctor look at the print out…the nurse tore off the paper and folded it up after the doctor had finished with me completely.
is it possible the doctor forgot to check, or didn’t notice? if she did see it without me realizing it, is it possible that it wasn’t a cause for concern for some reason? i mean, i feel like me not being a doctor means i should keep my mouth shut about things like that, but now i wonder if i should have asked her about it so she could tell me why she didn’t investigate this further as it seems like a pretty pronounced spike…

For on the baby is moving around and nurses are looking for they are looking for on the tracing they are sign that the procedure to you are on that the tracing they signify an accelerating which.
The tracing they usually have no problems explaining the procedure to you congratulations.

For so the nurse came in and it did get quite bit higher than the room watching so its good my babys heart rate would fluctuate constantly especially when hed start moving around lot and it did get quite bit higher than the same thing and told her about it and it and no one was in the normal 160 at times.
