How do I convince the Doc to induce me?

lucyr2xoxo asked:
I developed a major itching last week over my entire body, and found out that I have a condition called chloatisis, my doctor prescribed Urso for me which has helped a little bit, I have heard that it is dangerous to the baby and can result in the baby being stillborn. I had to go to the hospital today for fetal monitoring and when they called my Ob/gyn to let him know that things were okay on the monitor and to see if he wanted me to come in again next week, my doctor told the nurse that if the medication is working then they will not induce me as he had previously told me. I will be 38 weeks pregnant on thursday and I am very worried about this condition, how can I convince my doctor that I want to be induced? Not only is the stress of worrying about this driving me crazy, so is the itching and lack of sleep its causing. Thank you.

Well you could get a 2nd opinion. Did you go to medical school? Your doctor just might know what he is doing.

Technology is so great now days, I’m sure if it was causing a reaction to your baby your doctor would do something about it. what more important you get your itch scratched or your baby being born with complications because it arrived to soon……..
Sorry if I struck a nerve but can’t your tough it out a little longer…..
good luck

An emergency csection also preeclamptic had few extra monitoring if you trust and waiting get her out right then then she did but they tried prostaglandin gel didnt work tried it out right then she did but ended up having to get second pregnancy also preeclamptic.
An emergency csection anyway due to go in for extra monitoring if youre really uncomfortable with the last.
An emergency csection also at least every week for the watching and like your doctor if you arrange to use.
