I have experienced a change & possibly decrease in fetal movement over the last few days?

Ren asked:

I called into the nurse to discuss what I should be doing/looking for and she just said to go into Labor & Delivery at the hospital right away w/o really listening. She said they would put me on a fetal monitor. Anyway, would this be like the test in which they make sure the baby moves 10 times in 2 hours or something? She’s been moving quite a bit this morning, my husband said when he woke up and I was still asleep she was practicing tae kwon do. I want to do what is best for the baby, of course, but at the same time it’s not really easy to get the hospital today. I just wanted experience or knowledge on what they would do. While I was on the phone w/ hubby just now she moved 10 times in like a minute. I just don’t want to go and be immediately sent home if that’s all they are going to do. Help appreciated, thanks.
Sorry, I’m almost 32 weeks along.
She hasn’t stopped moving since I called the nurse. *sigh*
