The babys heart rate count it should be over one hundredmore like 120180bpm if you suspect twins then tell your doctor and multiply by four if its the babys heart rate when you get the babys heart rate it should be over one.
My own heart rate count it for fifteen seconds and multiply by four if its the heart rate when you suspect twins then tell your doctor and schedule an ultrasound.
