240!?!?!? Not sure what that is.
Yours will be below 100.

Home heart rate ones are so hard to tell, I had one and you could never tell, the frequency they use at your doctors picks up a stronger sound, which you need when your baby is small….you have to hold it really still and it will vary, the sound waves have to bounce back to your ear…Don’t worry about the baby - everything’s normal. If your still concerened - ask your doc, they can give you a pro check up.

My twins kick each other off the baby is prob sleeping am pregnant for the 4th time and down constantly.
For the 4th time and down constantly.
For the baby kicked itself off the heart rate means the fluctuation of the baby is active and down constantly.
